I was tipped off about Kyle yesterday evening possibly being into CP by an anonymous source. From there I was able to text him until we eventually planned to meet in Chico. I wasn’t able to make it so a great friend of ours stepped up to the plate to make contact. In the video you will hear a blurred section and I only edited it out because the information said in the moment was he was there to meet a 15yo boy (miscommunication on our end) He was there to meet with a 15yo girl and I wanted to make sure that was very clear. Kyle was very careful and calculated with what he said I could tell this wasn’t his first rodeo. Just because you didn’t say you were going there to have sex with her DOES NOT MAKE IT OKAY FOR YOU TO DRIVE 60 miles to meet with someone’s 15yo child in a park. Kareem posed as an underage female to try and built trust with the decoy but luckily I seen through the facade instantly. This is the conversation he had with me on both snap and text as “Alexis”. A tactic used to try and build trust as he thought I would be more comfortable with a female.
Tyler contacted us first Oct 15th and continued conversation until late last night October 20th. He lied about his income, age, and I’m sure other things as well. He was willing to send money, be her boyfriend, and tried to arrange plans to meet multiple times. We were able to positively Identify Tyler through not only Snapchat but his phone number and cashapp were all linked to him.
Kevin made plans with the 15yo decoy to pick her up and smoke after giving compliments and saying snuggles would be great. He unfortunately didn’t show up and stopped replying I’m guessing after getting some suspicion. Not okay ever in NorCal and will be called out every time. 15yo’s have 0 in common with you
Esai was caught by us Nov 8th 2024 in Chico arranging to meet with a 14yo female for sexual acts and consuming marijuana. Fast forward to November 8th a year later and here we are posting him again for trying to meet with a 16yo trans boy (a male transitioning to female) it was made clear I was a minor and from there he tried to video chat to confirm our identity to be true. At that point we unfortunately had to reveal ourselves to him and end conversation. These are the chats from this week between him and the trans decoy
